MaMO Gallery (pronounced "May-MOH") is a semi-trailer-turned-gallery that travels throughout the region March-November, partnering with various communities and organizations, and hosts interdisciplinary programming, artist residencies, and immersive installations.

Everyday: An Exhibition of 365 Art Gifs by ZWIAN
After losing their day job, multidisciplinary artist Zach Willard—aka ZWIAN (Zach W is a Nerd)—reignited their love for the animated gif format, a medium they had explored extensively in online art communities like Tumblr. Once creating thousands of gifs, their output had slowed to just a few per year. That changed in late 2024 when, over just 23 days, ZWIAN created 365 new animated gifs—one for each day of 2025.
This exhibition at MaMO Gallery presents Everyday, a collection of these 365 works in a variety of formats, ranging from experimental motion studies to remixes and collages that build on both new and previous animations.
ZWIAN’s artist motto is “Absurdity will sustain us and bad art will save us all.” They invite you to experience this absurdity firsthand and hope it inspires you to create your own “bad art.”

The MaMO Team is seeking proposals from individual artists or artist groups to create an installation for exhibition for BFF's MaMO Gallery (pronounced May-Moh) - with heavy emphasis on proposals that offer immersive, interactive, and/or educational experiences.
Location Partners Proposals
The MaMO Team is seeking proposals from organizations, businesses, or other community partners to host the MaMO on-site at YOUR location.
