Social Justice Murals
2020-2021
BFF provided assisted in the 15’H x 115’L "Social Justice" mural project on 24th Ave & Farnam (downtown Omaha), that advocates for homelessness, the Black community, the Indigenous community, the LGBTQIA2S+ community, immigration, violence against women, environmental justice, gender equality, and mental illness. Artists involved were Trudy Swanson, Sarah Rowe, Alex Jochim, Sarah Hummel Jones, Brain Tait, Ally Nelson, Mary Ensz, and countless mural assistants & friends!
We are very hopeful that by placing these issues in the public eye, via a large-scale beautiful wall of art, it will help to create a much-needed dialogue & positive change in our community.
